I don't think the team has ever been on 30 riders? Head somewhere that Riis thinks that 28 are the best number, because it makes sure that all the riders have enough to do over a whole season.
But more riders would probably be nice for the team.
Well my memory may be off, but back in 2004 if I recall correctly the talk was of getting up to 30 riders, and after 2009 the problem of having only 25.

I did not realise there was a rider limit? Reading the rules I only saw issues re sfr and commissar ages. Seems a bit silly to have a limit, especially if you like using the odd neo pro in stage races.
How is a pro tour team supposed to develop talent? Anyone know what the cost are re Rabobanks youth team?
